Sign in to Waqoodi, open Account, and choose Delete Account. Review the retention notice, enter your current password, and confirm. Credentials, sessions, device tokens, and local authentication data are revoked immediately. The minimum customer reference, identity data, invoices, and payment records needed to preserve transaction integrity and meet accounting or legal obligations are retained. A returning user must verify the phone number and create new credentials. For technical access problems, contact info@aftc.ae; support will never ask for your password or full OTP.
